Day-Old Chocolate Silver Laced Orpington Straight Run

This is Charlie's favorite breed on the farm. The Chocolate Silver Laced Orpington is a color variant of the Orpington breed. These are a cross between a Silver Laced Orington and a Chocolate Orpington. There is a ton more complexety that goes into the breeding of this color variant and it takes nearly 5 years to get the beautiful coloring correct. These birds have gorgeous chocolate plumage with beautiful white feathers with amazing chocolate laced tips. These are extremely docile birds making it highly sought after in back yard flocks. These birds are a dual purpose bird with roosters nearing 10lbs.
